How long does tent fumigation last?
The process is generally 3-days. Typically, we put the tent on the house on day 1. Day 2 we remove the home and let the home aerate and then day 3 return and check the gas levels to make sure there is nothing left.

If you are in an area that has a lot of termites, than termites can return, however, it is our experience that this doesn’t happen all that often and your treatment comes with a warranty that can be renewed annually. Many people add an attic spray to add residual protection after a fumigation to get the best of both worlds.

By nature, a fumigation, requires a fumigant (ie chemical) to be introduced into the home, so there aren’t any “natural” fumigants I am aware of.

The company will go over all the preparations needed, however, the main two are the bagging of food and medicine into special bags we provide and rack back mulch or rock around the house so our tarps get a good seal. We offer fumigation preparation service if the home owner is unable to perform the preparation.
