Is It Dangerous To Live Next To A Tented House?

No, the fumigant (gas) is accumulating to high levels underneath the tent, not outside of it. Even when the tents are taking off and the home is aerating, the fumigant cannot reach dangerous levels unless it is contained, therefore, you are not at any risk, as long as you are not under the tent or do not prematurely enter a home that has been tented.

It is very windy and my neighbors house just got tented today, am I in any danger since I live 10 feet away from their house?

The gas is poison because it is contained in the building next door. Once it hits the open air and gets dispersed, it will be harmless to you regardless of the wind blowing your way. You are fine. 🙂
