What do you do if you have termites in your yard?

When should I worry about termites?
Unfortunately for Floridians, termites are a year-round problem. Subterranean tend to “swarm” (fly) in the spring, whereas Drywood termites tend to swarm in the summer.
This, however, is just when they are most actively mating. Both species of termites are actively feeding year-round.
