Most people do not want cockroaches as pets. So, unless you are one of the very few people that want to raise cockroaches as a pet, I would eliminate them. In addition to being considered a very disgusting insect, cockroaches are known vectors of disease. As a result of this, it would be unsanitary to live with cockroaches.
