No, it does not mean you are dirty just because you have a roach infestation. Roaches can enter a structure and set up a colony for any number of reasons. In addition, sanitation alone will never solve a roach problem. Good sanitation practices definitely help in making the environment less hospitable to roaches. However, it does not mean a clean environment won’t get cockroaches.
