Quite often, people confuse fumigating with fogging or other types of aerosol treatments. To avoid confusion, fumigating is often referred to as “tenting” and uses a pure gas or fumigant. Bad infestations of roaches are sometimes treated with fumigation. However, more common would be a treatment using an aerosol or fogger. Aerosol or fogger treatments are less invasive than full fumigation. However, several treatments may be needed.
